Shrinking membership base coupled with significant changes in player availability and expectations were driving the Association to
do something to secure its long-term future.
The development of a Business Strategic plan clarified the key issues and engaged all committee members in collaboratively
defining a target environment towards which the Association could confidently proceed.
An implementation plan was developed and costed that, together with a number of governance changes, provided a
blueprint for the future.

Teachers Credit Union IT Strategy

The Credit Union had been growing steadily and had reached the point where the business was demanding
increased professionalism and sophistication in the management of their information.
Key drivers included: the need to integrate business and IT planning; a desire to improve IT Operational
efficiency; a desire to be prepared for closer regulatory scrutiny.
The IT Strategy clarified business priorities, reviewed the application portfolio, identified major capability gaps and developed a multi-year plan
to build capability and reposition the IT function.

Student Administration System Implementation

The University selected the Tech/1 Student Administration solution as their core administrative application in 1999.
Since that time, Barclay Consulting Services has been intimately involved in the successful implementation and
leading many of the subsequent upgrade projects for the
Student Administration System as its role has expanded. This work continues to this day.
